📦 ManuscriptAssist delivers all completed work digitally via email and WhatsApp. We serve clients worldwide with fast, reliable delivery timelines confirmed in writing before work begins.
1. Nature of Delivery
ManuscriptAssist provides digital/online services only. All deliverables — including edited manuscripts, research papers, thesis chapters, plagiarism reports, and patent drafts — are delivered electronically. There is no physical shipment of goods.
Delivery is made through one or more of the following channels:
- Email (primary delivery channel) — to the email address provided at enquiry
- WhatsApp — for quick delivery of smaller files or updates
- Google Drive / Shared link — for large documents or multiple files
2. Delivery Timelines
Estimated turnaround times by service type:
- Basic Editing & Grammar: 48–72 hours
- Plagiarism Reduction: 3–5 working days
- Thesis Chapter Editing: 5–7 working days
- Full Research Paper Writing: 7–14 working days
- Journal Submission Support: 3–5 working days after paper finalisation
- Conference Paper Preparation: 5–10 working days
- Design Patent Application Draft: 10–15 working days
- Urgent Fast-Track (all services): 48 hours (available at additional cost)
All timelines are confirmed in writing (via email or WhatsApp) before work commences. Timelines begin after advance payment is received and all required materials are submitted by the client.
3. Delivery Process
- Step 1: Client submits enquiry with project details and required documents
- Step 2: We confirm scope, timeline, and pricing in writing
- Step 3: Client pays the 50% advance to initiate work
- Step 4: Work is completed by our expert team within the agreed timeline
- Step 5: First draft is delivered digitally to the client for review
- Step 6: Client reviews and requests revisions (if any) within 7 days
- Step 7: Final version is delivered upon balance payment confirmation
4. Delivery Confirmation
Clients are requested to acknowledge receipt of the delivered work via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. If no acknowledgement is received within 7 days, delivery will be considered complete and accepted.
5. Delays
ManuscriptAssist strives to meet all confirmed delivery timelines. In the rare event of a delay:
- We will notify the client proactively with a revised timeline
- Delays caused by incomplete information or late submission of materials by the client do not qualify for compensation
- Significant delays on our part may be eligible for partial refund consideration per our Refund Policy
6. File Formats
Deliverables are provided in the following formats unless otherwise requested:
- Edited manuscripts — Microsoft Word (.docx) and PDF
- Research papers — Word (.docx) formatted to target journal guidelines
- Plagiarism reports — PDF (Turnitin / iThenticate report + edited file)
- Patent drafts — PDF and Word format
- Presentation slides — PowerPoint (.pptx)
7. International Clients
We deliver to clients in all countries via email and digital channels. There is no geographic restriction on service delivery. International clients should ensure their email spam filters do not block emails from manuscriptassist.com.
