✅ We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied, we will revise until you are. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties.
1. Our Commitment to Quality
ManuscriptAssist is committed to delivering high-quality academic support. We offer unlimited revisions under our Premium plan and multiple revision rounds under Standard and Basic plans. We encourage clients to request revisions before considering a refund.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Full Refund: Work has not been started after advance payment, and the client cancels before any work commences
- Partial Refund (50%): Work is in progress but the client cancels before the first draft is delivered
- Revision First: If the delivered work does not meet the agreed scope, we will revise it. Refunds are considered only after revision opportunities have been exhausted
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Work has been delivered and the client has approved or used the content
- Journal rejection by the publisher (editorial decisions are beyond our control)
- Delays or issues caused by incomplete, incorrect, or late information from the client
- Change of mind after the final draft has been delivered and accepted
- Plagiarism reduction services where the similarity report shows the agreed target has been met
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following details:
- Your name and project reference / order details
- Reason for the refund request
- Supporting information (e.g., specific issues with the delivered work)

5. Refund Processing
- All approved refund requests are processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay, PayPal, or Wise)
- International transfer fees, if any, will be borne by the client
6. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve all disputes amicably. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us first. We are committed to finding a fair solution. In the event of an unresolved dispute, matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
