2. Nature of Services

ManuscriptAssist provides academic support, editing, and writing assistance services. Our services are intended for:

• PhD scholars and researchers needing expert guidance and editing
• M.Tech / MS students requiring thesis formatting and support
• Academicians and professors needing manuscript polishing
• Startups and inventors seeking design patent guidance

All work delivered by ManuscriptAssist is for academic reference and improvement purposes. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with their institution’s academic integrity policies.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project details, requirements, and deadlines at the time of enquiry
• Supply all necessary source materials, references, or existing drafts required for the work
• Review delivered work promptly and request revisions within the agreed timeframe
• Use our services in compliance with applicable academic and institutional guidelines
• Ensure timely payment as per the agreed schedule

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is required in two instalments: 50% advance before work begins, 50% on delivery
• We accept UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay (cards, net banking), PayPal, and Wise for international clients
• Work begins only after the advance payment is confirmed
• All prices are quoted in INR (Indian clients) or USD (international clients) as discussed
• GST applicable as per Indian tax regulations for Indian clients

5. Revisions Policy

• Basic Plan: 1 round of revisions included
• Standard Plan: 3 rounds of revisions included
• Premium Plan: Unlimited revisions until accepted by the journal
• Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Requests outside the revision scope may be treated as new work

6. Confidentiality

All client information, research documents, and academic work are treated with strict confidentiality. We do not share, publish, or use your work for any purpose other than delivering the agreed service. NDAs are available on request.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all delivered work belongs exclusively to the client. ManuscriptAssist does not retain any rights over the content delivered. Your research is always published and credited under your name only.

8. Turnaround Times

• Basic editing: 48–72 hours
• Plagiarism reduction: 3–5 working days
• Full paper writing or Standard/Premium services: 7–14 working days
• Urgent fast-track (48 hours) available at additional cost
• Timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins

9. Limitation of Liability

ManuscriptAssist provides best-effort academic support services. We cannot guarantee journal acceptance, as editorial decisions rest entirely with publishers. We are not liable for:

• Journal rejection decisions made by publishers
• Delays caused by incomplete information from the client
• Outcomes arising from the client’s use of delivered work

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
